Martin Souček and Tomáš Navrátil decided to cycle non-stop across America. They are not riding for themselves, but for palliative care in the Czech Republic.

Martin and Tomas put themselves in the middle of a team of domestics who have a common goal - to get the competitor to the finish in the best possible physical and mental condition.

It's a similar task to that of relatives of the seriously ill and dying - to help get their loved ones to their destination.
